Roy A. Smith, Jr., president of Daniel Coker Horton & Bell, P.A., presented “Life After Learmonth: The Current Case for and Against the Non-Economic Damages Cap,” at Mississippi Summer School for Lawyers on July 8, 2013. More than 300 judges and attorneys were in attendance. Mississippi Summer School for Lawyers is offered by the Mississippi Bar Association.
