Summary Judgment Issued In Favor of Defendant In Premises Liability Action

Daniel Coker Attorneys, Wilton V. Byars, III and Lauren E. Ward, successfully achieved summary judgment in favor of their client in premises liability action. Plaintiff filed suit against the city alleging that she slipped and fell on tile located on a city sidewalk. After thorough discovery, the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi granted summary judgment to the city on all of the Plaintiff’s claims and dismissed the case without any award to the Plaintiff.
