Summary Judgment in Legal Malpractice Action

Plaintiff filed suit against an attorney alleging that the attorney was liable to the plaintiff for “abuse of process” in the filing and service of writs of garnishment.  The Circuit Court of Scott County granted summary judgment in favor of the attorney and dismissed the case.  The attorney was represented by George Abdo.
