Obtained a plaintiff’s verdict in a jury trial in the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi.  The jury determined that the defendants, who had borrowed plaintiff’s tractor, were negligent and that their negligence resulted in the tractor being stolen by an unknown third party.  The defendants refused to offer any money to settle the case prior to trial.
