Obtained a Favorable Jury Verdict in a Motor Vehicle Accident Case

Obtained a favorable jury verdict in a motor vehicle accident case.  Plaintiff demanded $35,000 prior to trial.  After a two-day jury trial in the Circuit Court of Tate County, the jury awarded $5,000 in damages and apportioned 49% fault to the plaintiff.  Plaintiff’s damages were reduced to $2,550 based on her percentage of fault.
