Mississippi Bar Tribunal Rules In Favor of Out-Of-State Attorney

Daniel Coker Horton & Bell Attorney George Abdo successfully defended an out of state attorney on a claim of Unauthorized Practice of Law at trial before Complaint Tribunal of the Mississippi Bar.  The tribunal ruled in favor of the out of state attorney and dismissed the complaint after hearing testimony and evidence from all parties involved.
