Overview
Shea is a shareholder in the Oxford office. He is a member of the General Litigation & Insurance Defense, Civil Rights & Government Liability, and Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith practice groups. Shea has extensive legal experience defending clients in insurance disputes, business disputes, premises liability, products liability, and automobile accidents, including uninsured motorist claims. He works with school districts and serves as a school board attorney for a local school district. Shea also represents clients in the towing, recovery, and environmental cleanup industries.
Shea is a past President of the Lafayette County Bar Association, Vice President of the Northern District of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and member of the Council of School Board Attorneys and the Mississippi School Boards Association.
