Overview

Lauren is an Associate in our Oxford, MS office, where her practice spans general litigation & insurance defense, zoning & land use planning, and estate planning. She has earned recognition as a Best Lawyers in America® “One to Watch” since 2021, in the areas of civil rights law, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation. Additionally, she has been named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star. 

Lauren has vast experience serving insurance defense clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, and professional liability. She has successfully defended crop insurance demands from inception through to arbitration and dismissal. Not just a member of the Mississippi Bar, Lauren is also an active member of the American Bar Association. Her legal expertise is also evident in professional writing. Her legal acumen extends to professional publications, with articles featured in the ABA, the Mississippi Law Journal, Thomson Reuters Practical Law, and the South Dakota Law Review.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and cheering for the Florida Gators.
