Overview
Trey currently serves as President of Daniel Coker. Trey has successfully tried cases to verdict ranging from simple automobile accidents to complex products liability and insurance disputes. In recognition of his trial skills, Trey has achieved membership by invitation to such prestigious organizations as the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, two selective, invitation-only defense organizations. In addition to his litigation practice, Trey is actively involved in several legal organizations that focus on competence and professionalism in the legal field, including the Mississippi Bar Foundation and the William C. Keady American Inns of Court. Trey has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® since 2011, and was awarded “Lawyer of the Year” in the practice area of Product Liability Litigation – Defendants in 2025. He is also a former member of the Mississippi Board of Bar Admissions.
Trey’s term as President began on January 1, 2020. Trey joined the firm in 1992, and he has served in various leadership positions throughout his career.
